In short, in general, we should not believe in those who promise to double your money in a short time, nor those who for the same purpose offer percentages of profit in almost immediate periods, that is, yields with daily percentages or weekly

All this has been gestating since the cryptocurrency has suffered enormous growth in recent years and in turn the effect of attraction by large investors; This is where scam artists come into play, who, taking advantage of the lack of information, avarice or the motive that gave impulse to invest, end up giving that unpleasant and unexpected result to the investor.
In this post I want to tell you an extract about the most common scams to which we can be victims.

Bitcoin scams at the web level

The scammer or hacker creates a web page that is practically similar to that of any exchange house or online purse, of course they publish it in very similar links to the company they are duplicating, they attract public and people agree that they will enter your account when you are really sending the data to the person who is cheating, in other areas have applied this theft of information, personal data, banking and credit cards. This technique is also known as "phishing".

Consequences
• You can lose access to your accounts and thus all or part of your bitcoins.
• They will be giving access to private information.

advice
• Use double authentication factor in all your portals. In this way, whenever someone wants to access them, they will find a second key they do not have.
• Always verify that you are accessing correct web addresses and not fraudulent links in Google ads.
• Check that the connection is secure (candadito icon next to the URL in your browser) to prevent your data from being intercepted.

Benders
A couple of years ago, certain web pages claimed to double the amount of bitcoins and even a long list of alternative cryptocurrencies. The modus operandi was to promote in the main communities on cryptocurrencies, they left the doubler operating with the money of the last ones that entered until finally in less than a week they closed the website and with it all the deposits that had been made to it. .

Consequences
• The comment that the page is paying double is generated, obviously when the word gets out the collapse is generated and it is at that moment when the scammers decide to close the website and take all the income received.

advice
• Do not believe in these pages or links where they promise to double your funds or just give you a little more.

Mining in the Cloud or Mining Online
Many web pages published sale of mines, guaranteed a return on investment or in a short period of time, but also often saw promoters who requested money to buy equipment to mine bitcoins. It is very clear that the mining business is already occupied by companies with huge resources destined to mine digital currencies and these do not require minority investors.

Consequences
• Loss of money invested by closing large numbers of mining pages in the cloud.

advice
• Do not trust third-party services that control your mining or your assets. Nobody can currently offer you profits on investment in Bitcoin mining in days or weeks.

ICO (Initial Coin Offering )
Many companies seek financing by selling their cryptocurrency before releasing it to the market or from the same software prior to the launch; I understand that it is a technique called Crowdfunding: "Collective cooperation, carried out by people who make a network to get money or other resources, the Internet is often used to finance efforts and initiatives of other people or organizations." Source: Wikipedia; The truth is that they can be good business, the risk is that the ICO is false.

advice
• Learn well about what you are looking to finance and about who the people you are going to invest with, make sure you have your credentials and background.

I hope it helps them a lot, I say goodbye until the next post, bye bye!
