Bitcoin Has Increased Its Market Share For The Last Month

I went over to coinmarketcap.com and looked at how much Bitcoin does dominate the crypto market. Here is the chart:

Comment: The latest trend is clear, Bitcoin has increased its market share or crypto dominance during the last month. On February 12 the market share was 34,6% but now it has risen to 42,6%.

Not surprisingly all the other main competitors such as Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin are losing market share.

Now the question remains, will Bitcoin continue to gain its dominance or will we see a trend change? If we look at the other big cryptos, the only one that is gaining against Bitcoin in the very short term is Litecoin. We will see if some other one also will catch up or surpass Bitcoin.

Hey that’s a good one!
Too many people got scared because they jumped too late when bitcoin was $15k to 20k,
But in a long term I think that’s the way to go, in 2 or 3 years people will think the same as now, “ if I had jump when it was $500...”
We got to take some action now!
Of course never invest money that you can’t afford to lose, but at least $50 per month I think every body are able to afford...
Think big, start to make a bit of your saving account in cryptos!

Bitcoin is definitely starting to de-couple from alt coins which I think is partially driven by the fact that a lot of new trading platforms don't allow alt coin investments (e.g., Robinhood, Circle, etc.). I think in the long term you'll see the return of some of the most promising alt coins but probably not for at least a few months, if not longer. More reason to get in some alts while they're low!
