It is a good theory. It cannot be proven or refuted. It is interesting to read, however, those institutional investors hire ordinary people - college educated people who get similar education and training. I seriously doubt that they can have individual, and smart ideas yet execute them in the market in a coordinated manner and in a timely fashion.
Fun to read and imagine - but they are not that smart or united.
