Bitcoin rebound?

Crystal ball question: (Not really, just opinions based on experience and understanding) When will BTC rebound. Is the current slump cyclical, a reaction to regulation, a loss of confidence, profit taking...? If you answer, please elaborate on why you believe what you believe.
