Job opportunities with cryptocurrencies

in #bitcoin7 years ago

Today I wanted to try to answer a question that I now many of us had taught about many times and that is, how can I take the most advantage of this fastly growing space and benefit the most being one of the early adopters?

Many people have the misconception that you need to be a programmer or have some wall street level knowledge on trading to be able to get involved in this space.
But the truth is that in order to become involved with this technology and take full advantage of it regardless of age, education or any walk of life you come from all you need to do is ask yourself, which areas of society and my life are touched by money? and how changing one of the most fundamental technologies that people have been using for centuries is going to affect the way we do business and pay for everyday items? or even create a demand for new jobs (or modification of old ones) based around solving problems that will arise as Bitcoin reaches mainstream adoption?

Here are a few examples of how different people from different backgrounds are (or can be getting) more involved and contribute to this space not just by accepting Bitcoin as a payment method but by innovating and being one step ahead in trying to solve our crypto problems and get a bit richer in the process:

*Accountant: it’s hard enough for some to file our taxes alone, now if you add Bitcoin to the equation and an accountant that doesn’t even understand what it is you can get an unnecessary headache.

*Graphic designer/user interface designer: we are not exactly lacking in programmers, we have the code but no one can use it! The user interfaces suck in some cases, not being very user friendly can be a huge setback for Bitcoin or any other ICO or blockchain platform trying to hit mainstream adoption.

*Marketing and graphic designers: once again doesn’t matter how good your idea is, if it doesn’t look appealing to your targeted audience your project is set to fail (a sad reality for some good ICOs and exchanges).

*And my favorite one, content creators, I’m talking creative people like musicians, painters, photographers, writers and overall people in the creative arts, why? Because one of the amazing things about this technology is that it allows you to bypass the intermediaries and get paid directly for what you are producing or the value you are generating, this platform is already a great example of how blockchain technology is helping to breach an existing gap between the creators and the consumers/viewers by eliminating the middle men like YouTube taking half your profits or censuring you.

Once you open your eyes the possibilities are endless, I hope this gave you a little bit more confidence and inspired you to get out there and be more than a simple spectator in this evolution taking place.
