That was some good investigation! Good to know a bit more about the story...

Now for my humble opinion: The story may have been fake, but I would not be surprised if the intent is real. Federal Bankers in America already seem to really have it out for crypto-currencies.

We also cannot underestimate the infinite stupidity in the world that would lap up any story told to them by a 'respectable source'.

PS. Not a conspiracy theorist... I just like thinking about worst case scenario outcomes and hypothesizing.
