Does anybody know of any crypto tokenized real estate assets?
-Fractional ownership of housing that gets rented out lets say and based on the amount of your investment - you see a nice ROI - That gets paid out regularly for as long as you own a portions of that tokenized asset.
& similar stuff that pays out regularly - passive income.
Anyone know of anything good?

I think I can hardly hear people saying that Bitcoin is a bubble anymore. Is it possible they changed their mind when the price went back to 10K USD? Who knows?

I told you so. Though this time, I'm gonna keep mum, and not tell anything. That is even greater satisfaction watching the undignified crumble without knowing the fact.
The one gentleman that said, "If you need a digital payment use a credit card" and couldn't see a clear purpose for crypto is the equivalent of "Let them eat cake."

Is the Bitcoin price going down again? At least this is the trend.
It's still another documentary for new people to explain Bitcoin, but it's well delivered. I guess for many years we will be seeing documentaries about "what is bitcoin", but as long as there is audience its good.

I really believe in Bitcoin. And I know for sure that it will all grow into something! I will be happy if we all manage to see this with our own eyes. Thank you I read your articles, I like everything very much.
It is true that BTC is leading encryption currencies. It would be surprising if anyone still does not recognize the BTC. The controversy over the BTC is that it is the talk of the chief.

absolute truth; we are still trying to recover from all that was done; Including the change in how they tell this history of the land; The original people of america were black.... all of the journals indicated the people of this land had dark skin; over time, they have white washed everything. The same corrupt people now run the banks, are in most positions of power - lots of corruption still fully in control
