I agree, this is total BS. It's hard enough getting an exchange account now, with BitFinex requiring a 10k investment and Bittrex and Binance still closed to new accounts. Don't even get me started on Poloniex.... I've been trying to verify my identity with them for 3 weeks and it will not accept my DL pics or face pic. What I gotta do, go take a video of me next to my mailbox with a TV next to me playing the local news with time and date....
