If you are new to the world of cryptocurrency you probably have a wallet on your desktop and phone. I have 3 pieces of advice that you should think of when it comes to your Bitcoin's and Altcoins. The 1st piece of advice, if you don't have one, go out and buy a ledger nano s, this would be considered your vault/bank. It is unhackable because it needs to be plugged in to the laptop to work. This is for large amounts of bitcoin and other altcoins to keep them same. The 2nd piece of advice I would give is do not keep all your funds all on one exchange. You need to diversify and use at least 3 exchanges and only leave the funds or coins you plan to trade. If you plan on keeping them for a couple years, put them in your ledger! The 3rd and last piece of advice, if the ledger is the bank/vault, have a wallet you use like an atm card, that you use at the Bitcoin ATM's that are popping up all over the place, just make sure to watch out for exchange rates. There you have it, if you follow this you will never have to worry about losing everything if something happens to the exchanges or your phone gets hacked!
