Take a deep breath and think grateful thoughts :) Trust yourself and if you lose some, you can gain it back. The real suffering will be by the people who are not involved at all.

Thanks :) i decided to not look btc price upward trend. And stick with my ripples. I can catch BTC later on... or learn that there will be better coins than btc
