Just found out that a friend of mine lost thousands in bitcoin by way of a hacker. Just wanted to spread the word to my Steem family, INVEST IN A COLD WALLET. A cold wallet is one that is stored offline just like a flash drive.
I highly recommend getting yourself a cold wallet on amazon

Yes, he had private keys stored on his computer and his computer was hacked.
