Good analysis. When you hit a first run which achieves all-time highs in a crypto... basically that is bullish for at least one more run to a new all-time high. It is pretty rare that this would not happen, so I agree about the idea of further waves higher. 3 waves is usually a pretty standard number, but there could be more or less.
