Crypto Toolbox ($TBOX) Weekly Recap 4/22/2019

Looking back at the previous week, we did some long over due house cleaning. We updated our website road map to better represent what our current goals are. We also updated our whitepaper from version 1.0 to 1.1, this was just some minor updates. We added to both the WP and the website things like our recently added rewards program and road map changes.

We have been looking at possibly making some changes to our rewards program as people noted how it would take 2–3 years to fully distribute the 5 billion TBOX at the current rate. I thought long and hard about this and I have pretty much decided that I do not want to change the structure at this time. I feel that faster and larger distributions will only lead to people dumping. We are rewarding our holders at a far better rate then some other popular coins and tokens at this time.

Behind the scenes right now I am working to do 3 things. I think at this very moment with this project these 3 things are what is needed to keep things moving forward.

Raise awareness of the Crypto Toolbox project
Increase volume on STEX and WavesDex exchanges
Continue development of our own improved CMC style site for a release sometime in Q2 2019.
1 and 2 go some what together. We need to do 1 to get 2. If we do not do this we could eventually face getting warned or de-listed on STEX and I would much rather get a jump on this before being warned and keep on the exchanges good side.

Really we should mention a 4th the goes hand in hand with #3. The whole purpose of Crypto Toolbox is to be a utility token and so far we have not done a great job actually having a paid utility. This is why we need to get #3 finished. Once we do we will start creating a usefulness for the TBOX token.

We plan to offer very affordable advertising space to crypto communities on our new site and the only way to pay will be with TBOX thus creating a demand for the token for the use of advertising. We will also eventually have some premium tools and other services that will also use TBOX as well.

Things have been slow and we know that is because we have not created that true demand yet to use TBOX for any true purpose. Sure we have a bunch of cool free tools, but we opted to keep them free because we felt many people would rather just do without them then shell out money to use them. We are looking to draw more people in then just those few hard core tool users. We want everyone to be able to use our tools for free, this is why we decided to use TBOX more for advertising then tools.

Once our new cmc style site goes live and people start to see what they can do with the sorting and filtering that you cannot do now on cmc, traffic will start to increase and so will advertising opportunities. Thus increasing the demand for TBOX and increasing the volume and price along with it.
