March 2001 – I started looking for a place to buy in Miami Beach. In just a few days after looking at many beautiful high rise Condos, I fell in love with the best one of all. The condo I liked was $856,000, it had glass walls and an amazing ocean view. The condo was on the 40th floor, # 4001 at the Blue Diamond building on 41st and Collins Ave. Miami Beach. The building was new, only a few people lived there.

The Blue Diamond condo I bought came without paint or floors. I hired a company and explained what I wanted. I designed everything with allot of wood, I was inspired by an apartment I rented in Varna, Bulgaria. The condo was 3 bedrooms but I took out one of the bedrooms to open up the space, and I put a bar instead. They said it would cost $97,000 and take at least 6 months. Some of the money was for the Russian mafia, to expedite the construction permits.

Love you man! Keep on hustling and inspiring!

you can instead sell to usd tether on polo and buy btc back low

not buying back, it's for spending, not trading

I know but you can diversify some to it. the good thing about it is that you dont have to buy bitcoin when its taking a dip, you can buy ether, ltc and alot more, so this is a good strategy

I don't buy cryptocurrency, I earn and spend it everyday

You are an inspiration. Once my steem was worth more than my bitcoin (that I spent thousands of USD on) I knew you were on the right flow. Also I've always seen the universe as energy and out that into words better than I ever could.

Common fam you straight killing it out here. Crypto game on fleek!!!!

CG for $100K BCC,
WOW

Dude, I find this very inspiring. Hope to make videos like these in the future. You are one of the pioneers of the future we are shaping right now. Cheers

@craig-grant
With my fuzzy math. It looks like it would be $8,400 dollars back in 180 days.
Help me to understand where I am wrong?

Thank you for your post. It pays to search and research. That is how one gains more with what we already have.

Francis

yes, you are right :)

@craig-grant
You are one of the best. That is why you have such a huge following. Thank you for the upvote.
I really appreciate it.

I'm glad to see someone is living the dream

@craig-grant I watched this video and had one question. If I loan 1 Bitcoin I first have to convert to BCC. So when loan is over And I want my initial investment back, do I get my investment back at 1 Bitcoins worth of BCC based on the current market price of BCC or do i get it my investment back in BCC based on the value of Bitcoin at time of loan??
Invideo it seems as though If Bitcoin doubles in value, when you take your initial invesment out it is returned at current Bitcoin market price which in his example is double. If this NOT the case then the video is incorrect on return and assumption of Bitconnect being better than BTC buy and Hold.
Your thoughts?? Thanks for all your efforts shared with us btw.

learn by experience, not by thoughts, it cost $100 loan to get the experience, and you get the $100 back

I think it is smart to buy bitcoin and hold for a year! then go to bitconnect after that. I bet you will make enough holding you will just keep holding

wow. Awesome!!!!!!

Nice ;) Hope u able to bought your dream home soon ;)

Upvote and follow, nice vids on yt aswell

Amazing, not far away from withdrawing $10k per day... keep it up!

Hi Craig, In my opinion....I would hold on buy any housing in Florida at the moment. Canada is coming along to a huge bubble in their Real Estate market. Lots of Canadian own properties in FL. Just to be cautious. I definitely will jump in onto RE during 2020....when properties will be really cheap. 2018 is a very volatility year. FYI

The baby boomers in Canada are very old now and need to stay in Canada for the free health care, and cheap meds, the Americans don't like to have. So they will be selling off their Florida homes like water. I don't see any housing bubble in Canada, more like a shortage of people in certain parts of the country.
