Bitcoin just hit $2,500 USD recently and its been pretty stable, my bet is that it's going to go up to atleast $3,000 by the end of this month. Bitcoin is going nowhere but up!
BTC / USD on maximum usually means all other cryptocurrencies will go down in respect to BTC.
Why? because people cash out.

I agree with you, although surprisingly most other cryptocurrencies have surprisingly kept their value, some have even risen alongside bitcoin.
