There was a massive crash in Kraken this january in Bitcoin trading and no stop loss got triggered until the price was more than 200$ below the stop range... I just learned my lesson that you can't trade their because they cannot handle high volume and volatility but I would never start a law suit against them... It's just the risk you take if you trade on such an exchange!
