What is true value? If something is true value to me that doesn't mean that is true value to you. I think that if exclude spammers on Steemit(and there are lot of spammers), there are many interesting users with nice posts and everybody can find some true value for them...

Many users are posting stupid comments like "Thank you", "Thanks for sharing", "Good work"... For me valuable post is one that intrigue people to have conversation. We are having conversation now so your post is valuable to me :-) Cheers,
Yes I value conversations and engagements.
