Here's the trick, go to localbitcoins.com and search for an ad in your area for someone that is selling bitcoin contact them and ask if they can meet in person and you can buy it with cash. Or do a google search for bitcoin atms near you and then you go to the closest one insert cash and then itll have you enter your wallet and it will send you bitcoins to your wallet.
