Let me ask you an alternative question in reply:
If I said "yes, I believe bitcoin's price will increase over $20,000 by the end of 2018," what information would that answer contain? In other words, why would you expect that answer to tell you what I really think?
Suppose I believe that bitcoin is gasping for breath at the beginning of a years-long bear market. Even if I believe that, I might tell you "yeah, bitcoin is just about to go to the moon!" I could have many reasons for saying this, such as trying to get you to invest your money in the current price blip so that I can get a few more cents out of the last BTCs that I'm about to sell.
