Changelly worked for me for some transactions, but 3 days ago, I wanted to exchange some Ether to STEEM and after 6 confirmations the transaction broke up at the exchange step. Since then I have written several emails to support to ask why the exchange failed and I got no answer - no STEEM and no refund of my Ether either.... So I´m sceptical if I will ever see my money again :(
