Well you don't need to buy anything.. just sign up and get free tokens.
They will probably only worth around a cent each, although thats 20 bucks for free :)
ICO's can be great.. i have invested in many and made alot of money.
Although they can also turn out to be scams.. so i suggest you never invest more than your willing to lose.
