Venezuela would be a great place to issue cryptos as the ultimate proof of concept, since their native currency is in hyperinflation and there is virtually zero trust in the government. Unfortunately a crypto issued by a corrupt regime , backed by a resource that is not readily available is a recipe for disaster.
