The comparison they make is dubieus as well. Why are they comparing the total number of transactions by visa with Bitcoin... does that make sense. The visa transactions are made to buy things, not to store value or invest like in Bitcoin. I do think its better to compare to gold, but its more fun to compare with companies that have a smaller market cap;)
