23 Years Young , It’s MY BIRTHDAY !! Thank you Steemit for your blessings

I’m not sure if I’m feeling older or not , quiet frankly I’m feeling the same. The last 23 years of my live has been a rollercoaster ride . I came to the US at the age of 6, unable to speak a word of English . I progressed as years went by and ended up graduating high school 2 years early . I wasent already the pretty , but I was smart. I ended up moving to NYC at the age of 18 for college .

Ever since than, my life has changed . I have went through many struggles, 2 relationships, abuse , drug addiction, and whatever you can name . My life was a hell whole by 21, I couldn’t even recognize myself anymore. Moving forward everyone knows I ended up going back to Pakistan at 21 and was pushed to an arranged marriage . 22, I became preganant with my son who will be 6 months soon.

From 18-21 I was always in trouble for selling drugs and whatever you can name. For that reason I am unable to find a job. While being pregnant I stumbled upon steemit. I worked day and night of my pregnancy to earn income . It was a struggle, many days I wanted to give up but I kept going for my baby since my husband is not with us , even still till this day . I was able to make a couple thousand and get the little things I needed .

Today here I stand, a changed person and I can thank steemit for helping me make better choices and helping me become who I am today . I am no longer struggling and I’m doing better . I’m in a spot where I am beyond thankful for everything , even $1. Because that would be a $1 I didn’t have. I may not be on peoples autoupvote list but I’m glad I can speak my mind somewhere

Just this past year has been a blessing , I was pregnant , gave birth to my son, graduated college , and now going to law school soon. Let’s say where by 23rd year takes me

I feel thankful to celebrate my 23 birthday, my first birthday on this paltform . I hope to celebrate many more in the coming future . Thank you guys !!
