It's a Gray Jay, I believe just renamed Canada Jay. These are so they will steal your food from your table, often called "Camp Robbers." Certainly not a Gray Catbird. Follow @birdersofsteem and keep using #birding to get birders to see your content and help out. Good photo.
So google says it's a Gray Catbird. And it looks like their habitat slices right through Washington, almost exactly in half, so the location would be correct. But comparing the two it looks like your little guy's legs are longer than a Gray Catbird. My bird expert said that it could be something from the Vireo family, although she specializes in birds in Wisconsin. I hope that helped a bit! Cute little guy you found there!
