Like you I dont see moving away from computer either (day time job and Steemit and iPhone!, bad combo).

What did help me with sleepbis these two simple changes:

  • No caffeine after 3pm
  • intermittent fasting (I eat whatever I want for lunch and dinner thats it)

It seems to work bcoz of simplicity!!

Cool, I don't drink any caffeine, never have :) I sometimes skip breakfast lol. But I eat when I want pretty much.
