System upgrade: Don't panic when you notice inactivity in your binance app

If you go to your binance app now, you'll notice the big desert like activity... Yea...... They are doing some upgrades.

I'm sure this upgrade will cancel all open orders and increase security in the exchange. I'm really looking forward to when binance will be a decentralized exchange.
