Yep, I see it every day. People of all ages outdoors jogging, walking, skipping rope, even fathers pushing strollers with a masked baby inside. These dumbfucks do not deserve to be parents! They have had well over a year to look into this stuff!! (albeit, even youtube is not much help in waking people up these days)
