No you get the percentage that your bid represents out of the total bid pool. So if four people bid .10 you get a 25% up vote, if two people bid one bidding .10 and the other .30 then the vote gets divided up 75/25%
That is if the bot doesn't break down AGAIN it's already screwed me once not up voting my post.
