Bhutan is the perfect beautiful country.
The Buddhist kingdom of Bhutan is a South Asian country lies along the ridges of the eastern Himalayas.Bhutan is a small mountainous country approximately with an area of 38,394 square kilometers.Bhutan is comparable to Switzerland both in its size and topography. The Altitude ranges from 160 meters in the southern foothills to 7541 meters high in the northern high mountains. With a population of about 700000.Bhutan is one of the sparsely populated countries in the world.

Taktsang Monastery(Tiger's Nest),Paro.This is one of the most important Buddhist sites in the world,and Guru Rinpoche visited here in the 8th century on his second visit to Bhutan.It is the most recognized and visited monument in Bhutan.It is believed that he arrived on the back of a winged tigress,hence the name,Tiger Nest.The temple is build on a 1200 meter cliff and was build in 1692.The hike up to the Tiger's Nest can be very strenuous and you can rent a horse to bring up the mountain for about USD$20.The horse ride is a one-way trip(this is recommended if you are not very fit and may face altitude sickness)and you have to make your way down the mountain by foot.For independent travelers,taxis can be arranged to reach Taktsang Monstery.
You can also visits from other countries through India.
You have come to Siliguri any where of India and any part of the world.Then Siliguri to Jaigaon/Phuntsholing.Jaigaon to Bhutan(Thimphu) by bus and taxi.
