RE: Ask Steemit: Given One Million STEEM... Do You Diversify Or Power Up?

in #beyondbitcoin7 years ago

I feel you did a great job with how you diversified. I like viva enough to say that I would put 5% more towards the over all project. I believe I would hold a full 5% of TQS. I am already a holder of TQS. I like the long term if it all comes together. The crowns are wonderful if you want voting power and minting rights, which is a huge plus as well.

I believe i would go 70% Power Up. I have been a traveler and speculator of all sorts of things in life and I just really love the community. I should mention I really don't care for possessions or material goods. I believe in giving back as much as possible and having the power to vote with influence means a lot to me. Giving back and still receiving is no brainier I guess.

I would also go with BTS and EOS as well but at 5% into each of them. I think these are obvious reasons that you have already stated. If Dan is in on it, I want to follow along and see where it goes.

On a side note I had a lot of interest in the Nexus Earth project but I have not heard much on that one lately.

I would finish with 5% a piece in Bitcoin and Gridcoin. I still feel Bitcoin has the best solid holding potential for now. Gridcoin is super interesting and doing truly meaningful work with there program. I should really spend the time to switch my miners over to them. I am still mining ETC right now and it is doing decent. I have lost quite a little bit of long term outlook on ETH and would also just choose to stay away.

Regardless of how you look at it though I would ultimately want that whale power more than just about anything. Really interesting to think about. With great power comes great responsibility. credit: Uncle Ben
