Unfortunately our coverage currently goes in order of precedence established by our community (our primary audience) decides. So what I would recommend if you want the top position is to ask your community to make an account on steemit and upvote your post. Then ask them to lobby others in the steemit community to upvote your post (which is the one I am replying to).

In this way we incentivize projects to get their full community's backing in order to attain primetime positions, which also helps weed out scams and other hazardous material (for instance needless trolling and FUD) because it incentivizes real community engagement and involvment.

Ultimately...the coins with the most active and willing community participants, will end up having much more control over beyond bitcoin's coverage. This is precisely what I think we need to do next. :)
