UTC and GMT are the same and constant. The time in the UK is an hour ahead of them in the summer and is called BST (british summertime)

Oddly enough i changed the time on the announcement because when i did the conversion at beginning of last hangout, it showed the time as 1pm utc...
Is this incorrect? This is literally the first time in 3 year ive had these issues.
