I use Coinbase for my clients. Like you say, it's easy and they seem to be fine with using it, as they don't have any other crypto experience. It's a good entryway. I just pull out my coins asap and put them elsewhere so I can have control of them. I have a few friends that have lost significant coins through them early on.
