Racing Genk vs Zulte-Waregam

There are no signs yet of Racing Genk Slowing down. Clement has managed the many matches in a good way and theur have all their players available and still show excellent form crushing the asian handicap lines. Zulte-Waregem are the complete opposite and have gotten themselves in a losing streak with no confindence and there is no sign yet of a reversal. I previewed this match some days ago with a bet on the home side.

I started opposing Zulte-Waregem who have been in a horrible streak similar to last year and will continue to do so after yesterdays cup match. I did expect them to put up a focussed strong performance yesterday playing with most their regular player against a lower division team to bread the streak. Despite being up 0-2 at HT they did not manage to convince and expand their lead but instead ended up closely winning that match 1-2. So despite the win they did not manage to use that cup match as a confidence boost. Genk on the other hand heavily rotated (9 players) and managed to still win comfortably thanks to an couple early goals. This weekends match is just a really bad setup for Zulte-Waregem and there is a fair chance they will get blown away as visitors by a fit and confident Racing Genk. Also Zulte-Waregem when behind late are not shy of taking risks most of the time resulting in getting an extra goal against. I have my line set more at -1.5 @ 1.90 and took Racing Genk -1.5 @ 2.043

Charleroi vs Lokeren

I might have been a bit too trigger happy on Lokeren and the Under early this week. While results have improved a lot for them, they did get a lot of chances against which is something I overlooked and goalkeeper De Wolf has been one of their best players. I do still think that the under and underdog are the way to goat current lines and odds. I am a bit overly involved with bets on 1st Half Under 1 @ 2.088 | Under 2.75 @ 1.866 | Lokeren +1 @ 1.866 | Charleroi Team Total Under 1.75 @ 1.909 along with a tiny bit extra in BTC and will be looking to sell part of my stake in-game to balance the risk even though I still like all of them.

Lokeren looked like they could get in deep trouble early in the season but seems quite fine the last couple matches. Deschacht gave some stability and experience in the defense while the combination Jovanovic and Ceballos give they something extra in offense. They increased on their confidence booking a 2-5 win against a lower league team in the cup. Charleroi have been mixed at times good but they seem to miss Rezai and also had a difficult time scoring yesterday in their cup match despite dominating. I do not expect Charleroi vs Lokeren to be an open match and keeping clean sheet will likely get priority over scoring which often plays out as matches where teams are unwilling to take risks. Charleroi are known for winning matches by a 1 goal margin. I see some good value because of this on the +1 line. Charleroi have not been all that great when having to make the play. I am on both the under and the underdog and took some extra on Lokeren +1 @ 1.854

Lokeren has been the team to get most corners against (70 in 8 matches !) which is something I will keep in mind in case they would take the lead.

Moeskroen vs Waasland

Moeskroen are in a better flow after their coach change while Waasland have gotten themselves in a bad streak with their coach getting under higher pressure. I see these teams as somewhat equal quality wise right now so because of current form I'm leaning more towards the home side. This is one of those matches that can both turn out in a very boring 0-0 or can be a wild 4-4. The best option in these matches is to go with low stakes and crazy high odds. So far I have not taken anything yet pre-game. Seeing a first half were the fear to lose is bigger compared to the will to win in these kind of bottom team confrontations is a very common scenario. I will likely stay away from this match unless there is some confirmation live that it might turn out in a crazy score match. Especially Waasland is a team with a lot of 2nd half goals away (average 3 this season without a signle goalless 2H)

Club Brugge vs Cercle Brugge

Both teams played with a B-Squad in the cup and were elimitated. Especially for Club Brugge who missed Vanaken and Vormer, this was a really big blow and I do expect some kind of reaction. Cercle Brugge Plays their home matches in the same stadion so the home advantage is lower. Cercle Brugge are a difficult team to estimate, they have a link with monaco and good players but have switched good with bad performances. My lean goes out to the home team and I could not resist taking a small bet on Club Brugge -1.5 @ 2.014. I will however wait live to see how both teams perform to potentially take more bets.
