best story ever written...not

? should i have turned left instead or right. does anyone know?. red or blue?. up or down?. quit or continue?. some people say you write your best stories when your down, lost, confused or somewhat off track, or in my case very off track, the super deep woods of golf. i'm sure we've all been there. you, know like if you bet on a one horse race, the m.f.'er would jump the fence and drown in the pond type of run. in my younger years, i would moan and complain, i never catch a break, wow what bad luck i have. but years of self inflicted 'bad luck', i realized i actually had alot of breaks, did i have full use of all my limbs? yes. was my children born healthy, no major birth defects, yes. did i have a roof over my head?, yes. so why complain, things may look bleak but what is the alternative? go on or give up. it's really that simple. isn't it? so i eat a dollar sausage biscuit from mcd's (actually a buck twenty nine with tax), instead of a full cracker barrell spread ( my fav b place btw). who knows if any will read this blog or give a flying fig but hey it's my dime so i'm spending it here so to speak. as i sit writing at my local coffeehouse, a young college student doing her homework has taken off her glasses and has fallen asleep on her table, man how i wish to go back and actually finish college, no guarantees, my brother got one and never used it, delivering mail for usps, but something to hang on the wall and be proud of. it is what it is, enough rambling and time get with it. he's rounding third and being waved home, it's going to be a close play at the plate, he slides and he is???
