I have never been a massive fan of the forced Beneficiary rewards system. While I understand the reasons for it, it is only fair to give users a choice. So many people are upvoting content from those DApps with bots without a clue and losing so much Steem.

I nearly fell into that trap but realized just in time it wasn't worth it.
