Belly fat is not just a problem because it can look bad. SO everyone wants to lose belly fat as soon as possible. Here I have gone from some practical tests and writing this blog:
- Reduce the amount of sugar from your eatables.
- Eat more protein.
- Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber
- Cut carbs from your diet.
- Exercise daily.
- Track your foods and find out exactly what and how much you are eating.
