So practice: Push past your discomfort, growing your discomfort method. Put yourself out there, and be OK with not knowing if people will accept you. Stick to a habit, not listening to the negative self-talk that normally holds you back.

Learning Means Believing in Yourself. ... Believing in you is another foundational component of learning. If you don't believe in yourself, it's hard to grow and learn. Like knowledge, confidence can't be transferred. The person that needs to believe in you, is you.

Forgive yourself for past mistakes. Before you can start to trust yourself again, you have to go over all your past failures, and the bad feelings you have of them. Just take 10-20 minutes today to do that. Yes, you failed.
