When the number of people in the environment is less, the person is more likely to feel responsibility. However, if there are other people in the environment during the problem, as the likelihood of helping at first glance increases, and even the help period seems to be shortened, this possibility decreases greatly and the duration is prolonged.

This is called the spectator effect that we can see and hear the samples very often. The effect of the audience was first revealed by John Darley and Bibb Latane on the subject of Genovese's murder in 1964, when it was hard for anyone not to intervene in the incident, although 38 were eyewitnesses.
