Nook? I think you mean nuc, like nucleus hive. Did you buy a nuc with five lang frames with the hope of transferring them into a top bar hive? I keep bees both ways and might be able to help.
We made 4 top hive bars with a cnc router because we could . I don't think we'll use them unless we capture swarms. We have 3 box hives n will set up and fill as we find money.
