One point comes to my mind, bees are going extinct mainly because of two reasons, you wrote, pesticides and parasites. However there is a third reason: human beekeeping, because nowadays commercial beekeeping is not healthy at all. Actually it is like mass production of any kind.

As long as you give the link to the source I think it is fine, however think about steemit as a creative platform where original content is very much appreciated. Do you like reading really good stuff or strolling day long trough copy past issues? We can google ourself. Actually we are making Steemit!
Thank you for putting it that way. I will try to elaborate and research my on my own I have just found it very hard to spend the time doing so but now that I understand more I see why it is important.
