368 is a nice round number of #beersaturday weeks and I have to celebrate with a bounty of Pints of the Week.
As we all know, being The Blockchain Beerologist definitely has its perks, including but not limited to getting paid to tour breweries and sample new beers! When I am not globetrotting or brewing my own beer, my fridge looks like a colorful mosaic of regional craft beer I enjoy sharing with the #beersaturday alliance of #beer bloggers on #hive.
This week, our liquor stores still closed on strike so I took the opportunity to hit the town for some pints!
Pint 'O the Week!
The PotW is a popular jam because it is usually a beer enjoyed on the town or otherwise in a social or business setting that we don't get to visit all the time. This week, I am getting out on the town to offer you a 3-fer in celebration of the liquor stores being closed a week and a bit due to strike.
Pint the First!
On a Saturday Night, I get the call while in the middle of an RPG with the weekend crew. Party going on with a DJ playing and there might be an extra beer involved if I can snap some pictures for social media promotion. I managed to squeak out a while, enjoy this Jobsite 2X4 Cream Ale on a beautiful warm evening down on the patio of Raja Fine Indian Cuisine while the talented C-mac is spinning bangers for the night crew.
Pint the Second
What do you do when you are 9 holes into a round of 18 for golf and the sky opens up with torrential rain? You drink the rest of your pint on the cart with the umbrellas up. If it doesn't let up, you head back to the club house for a bonus beer! Wild to see a tall cool Bavarian brew on tap in a small rural golf course so I had to go for this Erdinger Weissbier and would gladly visit Science Hill Country Club again. Especially since there is golf and golden majestic beers such as this one.
Pint the Final
After a long brewing session which resulted in 60 litres of Amber ale and 20 litres of Stout, it was time for a snack and a pint. Good thing it was wing night and a crew was down at Mercer Beer Hall I had a really neat Korean Bao (bun sandwich of sorts) I might get into in a #weekendadventures or Zekely post later this week.
This place is not cheap but does boast a selection of beers I have never tasted. It was my second choice but my first was the end of a keg so I opted for Black Donnelly's Vigilante Session IPA which turned out to be a tasty treat with lighter 4.5% abv but plenty of taste for a session IPA. I really need to get just down the road and tour this place for you. Perhaps pn the next Zeke's Sweet Hops.
#BEERSaturday!
The perfect pour!

This week for #BeerSaturday, I am inviting @ciskodisco.opus enjoyed a good session with his crew just like I do! Take a few pictures, tag #beersaturday and raise a glass with us on Hive!
Thanks for the Mention.. :) I have a busy week .. but me see if i can get some free time and have some cold ones with the fam .!!! 😂
If I have inspired a could cold ones with the fam in a busy week, my work here is done!
I wouldn't dare judge others because I don't know them, but Erdinger Weisbeer is very average, at least the one I can buy here.
Agreed. Most beers that are not IPAs tend to bore me a little but a tall cool plain one that isn't North American piss sometimes works well too.
Taking a beer while party is going on gingers you and keep you alive for the party
Trying new beers while on the town sounds like a fantastic way to spend a Saturday brother
haha and the rest of the week!
