Omer is the name of the brewer that made the recipe for this beer! The brewery "Vander Ghinste" goes a hundred and twenty five years back and 4 generations. The Brewers gave their first son the name Omer, generation after generation! Today this beer is a magnificent product and an example of craftsmanship!
