The Bilgers are from Bietingen.
They were one of many families of the time, who had their roots in the craft.
The founder of the brewery, Johann Nepomuk, was a miller, who was still arrested by the narrow structures of a traditional peasant world.
But the ascent proceeded quickly. His son, Johann Baptist, was a cosmopolitan entrepreneur who had studied abroad and was open to modern methods. Coupled with entrepreneurial skills, this had to lead to success.
How does it taste?
It has a light taste, not bitter or anything - A lot of sparkle and a real strong typical beer-taste. A great beer
Lösch-Zwerg
LITTLE BOTTLE. NAUGHTY BEER.
The best of breed art and boundless fun - that's what makes the brand Lösch-Zwerg so successful.
When the new brewery, headed by Thomas Schimpfle, began its fight against the beer establishment in 1998, she could not guess how the Lösch-Zwerg would get so far.
Armed with the traditional artisan brewing process - the open vat fermentation - and the handy 0.33 liter bottle with extravagant pull-off closure, she instigated a (taste) revolution.
Supreme maxim was, and remains, the quality thought and adherence to the original brewing craft. Thus, the Lösch-Zwerg has conquered the first thirsty throats of the nation years ago, and he will carry on his triumphal procession, for:
Fun is where Lösch-Zwerg is -
And Lösch-Zwerg is where fun is!
How does it taste?
Well, in this case i have a mix (lemonade-beer) and it tastes very delicious - very sweet and a lot of sparkle - REALLY REFRESHING
Enjoy your Weekend
Greetings from Germany
