Damn. 10% ... that's pretty stout.. I find that usually the higher the percentage the more bitter it is but it doesn't sound as if the Delirum is.. plus it has a elephant.. I would try this one over the Pere Noel...

Or a couple of each..🍻

Yep, they were both pretty good. I would happily have either - maybe I went for the Pere Noel because I was thinking about drinking them for 12 hours straight over Xmas - weak-minded, should just go for the strongest!!

Cheers for coming by and commenting - I see you are powering up and also delegating some SP - congrats, that's a nice vote you have now!!

Cheers

Whew.. 12 hours straight? That's a lot of beer... I gotta pee just thinking about it lol.. and yeah I like my vote being more than .05..

You're right - maybe that's too long for just beer - let's make it 8 hours beer and then 4 hours red wine 😀

“Everyone should have some good strong Belgian ale from time to time”
That is my nomination for quote of the year 2017!
Amen

I hadn't thought about it quite so much tbh, but now that you mention it - I think you're right...

Cheers

Indeed! You know, I had the luck to have a grandson of the founders of brouwerij Huyghe as a classmate! That family is nuts, that guy drank a glass of cognac every morning from his 10th birthday on, I kid you not!
Now he is a civil engineer...

I think I would prefer to drink cognac all day than be a civil engineer - what went wrong for him? 😄

Cheers

I would pick the Delirium Christmas :) The bottle is super cool and I kind of like beer monsters (in terms of alcohol content) 😁
By the way, when I was living in Denmark, Xmas beer was quite the thing. I remember that the day the breweries released their xmas editions was one of the most anticipated moments during the holidays, lol.

Cheers!

Looks like two really good beers, nice post!!

i love beer
