Trillium makes some great brews. I'd love to see your thoughts on the beer though.
They really do. And this was no exception. DDH Galaxy is about as good as it gets!
Yeah, we were up in Boston this past year, so we got to try a couple of their brews. I cannot remember exactly which ones we tried, but they were definitely big on their hops :)
