EXPERIMENTAL BEER WITH FRENCH SEISON, SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND SEEDS OF QUINOA
QUINDECIM: this beer comes from experimentation and the desire to balance flavors and aromas in an impartial way. Malty body that reminds the crust of bread, biscuit and caramel. The yeast chosen a French Saison harmonizes drinking with a range of complex and lovable flavors. Added Sunflower Seeds and Quinoa Seeds that stand out in a domineering way right in the middle of the drink. Lovable but complex especially for its alcohol content above 8 Abv.
