Thanks! I only recently noticed it in the menu at a bar but had no idea what it was previously. I looked it up because I wanted to mention it in my latest seven day beer challenge post... I will be ignoring it moving forward until I start brewing my own beers :p
I don't pay that much attention to it, it's probably most useful for the guys actually making the brew, as reference point
