A cervejaria Monteith's é uma cervejaria industrial de massa neozelandesa, que distribui seus produtos apenas na Oceania. Com isso em mente vamos comparar ela com as cervejas comuns que temos aqui e não com algo muito elaborado ou especial.

Esta cerveja é do estilo American Pale Ale mas é produzida com lupulo da nova Zelândia, o que deixa está APA com características diferentes. Com um corpo médio, cor âmbar claro, bem cristalina, espuma média de pouca duração, é uma cerveja simples (alguns dirão aguada) mas boa. Com aroma e gosto floral e cítrico lembra limão e maracujá, mas um pouquinho de doce também, mas não se engane, é uma cerveja amarga, ainda assim refrescante. Talvez você vá encontrar um mínimo toque de biscoito.

Comprei esta cerveja apenas para conhecer como é o mercado cervejeiro do outro lado do mundo. Como uma cerveja de massa está muito melhor do que temos aqui, como uma cerveja importada que me custou o preço de importada não recomendaria muito, apenas por curiosidade. Resumindo, uma cerveja ok, comprando em uma loja de bebidas na Austrália ou nova Zelândia super recomendo, comprando aqui com preço de importação não muito.

Monteith's Brewery is a New Zealand brewery that distributes its products only in Oceania. With that in mind let's compare it with the ordinary beers we have here and not with anything too elaborate or special.

This beer is American Pale Ale style but is produced with hops from New Zealand, which leaves APA with different characteristics. With a medium body, light amber color, very crystalline, medium foam of short duration, is a simple beer (some will say watery) but good. With a citrus and floral flavor and aroma it reminds of lemon and passion fruit, but a little sweet too, but make no mistake, it's a bitter, yet refreshing beer. Maybe you will find a minimal touch of biscuit in taste.

I bought this beer just to see what the brewer's market is like on the other side of the world. As a masses beer is much better than what we got here, as an imported beer that cost me the price of imported would not recommend much, just out of curiosity. Bottom line, an ok beer, shopping at a liquor store in Australia or New Zealand super recommend, buying here with import price not much.
